Order Processing

•All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

•Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

•During busy periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended

Australian Shipping

We currently ship within Australia via Australia Post. Express shipping is available at checkout. Free shipping on all orders above $150 AUD

•Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

•Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase.

International Orders - Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, we display estimated duties and import taxes at checkout to help you understand the total cost of your purchase. Please note:

  • Duty estimates are calculated based on your destination country and product information at the time of checkout
  • Final duty amounts may vary 
  • Customs authorities in your country make the final determination of duties owed, which may differ from our estimates
  • You may be charged additional duties on delivery if customs assesses a different amount than estimated

We ship to over 235 countries worldwide via Australia Post International. Delivery times vary by destination typically 7-14 business days depending on location. All international orders include tracking.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

MORABITA Swimwear is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
