RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (SWIMWEAR)

Because MORABITA Swimwear is crafted from delicate fabrics, fine string ties, and shimmer threading, we ask that all items are tried on with care.

To ensure fairness to all customers, please read the following before purchasing:

Try-On Guidelines

•Swimwear should be tried on over underwear

•Please avoid pulling, stretching, or tugging on the fabric or string ties

•Items must be kept clean, unworn, and free from marks, damage, or thread pulls

Our pieces are designed to sit lightly on the skin, and excessive force can damage the delicate materials.

 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, click https://morabita.com/account or contact us at customerservice@morabita.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Windows after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

For hygiene and quality reasons, we are only able to accept returns if:

•Meets the 7 day return policy requirement from date of delivery

•The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

•All original tags and hygiene liners are intact

•The garment shows no signs of wear, including:

stretched ties, pulled threads, fabric damage, marks or scents.

Any items returned with visible wear or damage will be sent back to the customer.


Final Sale & Hygiene

Due to the nature of swimwear, items showing signs of wear cannot be resold, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the quality and integrity of our pieces. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item back within the 7 day return window, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the credit note provided on approval.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from inspection. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
